1. Cancellation by the Customer
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Cancellation Charges
More than 15 days before travel:
Cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policy8–14 days before travel:
50% of the total tour cost will be charged0–7 days before travel:
100% of the total tour cost will be charged (No refund)
2. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in the following cases:
No-show by the customer
Early check-out from hotel
Unused sightseeing, meals, or transport
Delay or cancellation due to weather conditions
Road blocks, political disturbances, or government restrictions
Personal reasons, illness, or emergencies
3. Cancellation by Ice Land Tour & Travel Kashmir
In rare cases where we cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances:
Customers will be offered an alternative tour/date, or
A refund after deducting applicable service charges
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.
Bank charges or payment gateway fees, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Amendment & Rescheduling
Date changes or itinerary modifications are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply depending on hotels and transport providers.
Any difference in cost must be paid by the customer.
6. Special Notes
Advance payments are used to block hotels and transport and may be partially or fully non-refundable.
Peak season bookings may have stricter cancellation rules.
Refund amount depends entirely on service provider policies.
7. Acceptance of Policy
