1. Booking & Confirmation
All tour bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
The remaining balance must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
2. Pricing Policy
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may vary based on season, hotel availability, transport category, and special requests.
Government taxes, tolls, parking charges, and entry fees are applicable as per local regulations.
Prices are subject to change in case of fuel price hikes, tax changes, or unforeseen cost increases.
3. Payment Terms
Advance payment is mandatory to block hotels, transport, and services.
Full payment must be cleared before tour commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No services will be delivered if the payment is pending or delayed.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges depend on hotel, transport, and service provider policies.
Any cancellation request must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges.
No refund will be issued for:
No-shows
Early check-outs
Unused services
Weather-related disruptions
Refund processing may take 7–14 working days.
5. Changes & Amendments
Changes in itinerary after confirmation may attract additional charges.
Ice Land Tour & Travel Kashmir reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:
Weather conditions
Road closures
Safety concerns
Local authority restrictions
Any alternative arrangement provided will be of similar value wherever possible.
6. Hotel Policy
Hotel check-in and check-out times are governed by individual hotel policies.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.
Hotels may require valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Special requests (views, floor preference, bedding) are subject to availability.
7. Transportation Policy
Transportation is provided strictly as per the itinerary.
AC may not function in hilly areas or during extreme cold conditions.
Vehicles are not permitted in restricted areas as per local rules.
Any additional usage beyond the itinerary will incur extra charges.
8. Sightseeing & Activities
Sightseeing is subject to weather, local conditions, and government permissions.
Entry tickets, pony rides, gondola rides, rafting, skiing, and adventure activities are not included unless specified.
Ice Land Tour & Travel Kashmir is not responsible for activity closures due to safety or weather reasons.
9. Health & Safety
Guests are responsible for their own health, fitness, and safety during the tour.
Any medical expenses, emergencies, or accidents are the responsibility of the traveler.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
10. Force Majeure
Ice Land Tour & Travel Kashmir shall not be held liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by:
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Strikes
Weather conditions
Government regulations
Any circumstances beyond our control
11. Liability Disclaimer
We act only as a facilitator between travelers and service providers.
We are not liable for loss, injury, damage, theft, or delay caused by third-party vendors.
Travelers must safeguard their personal belongings at all times.
12. Website Usage
All website content, images, and materials are the property of Ice Land Tour & Travel Kashmir.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
